Mark also showed me how to sand the slates using a surface plate to ensure that the slates were flat and smooth. Additionally, Mark made recommendations to cut the corners and side pocket portions of the frame to accommodate the larger pockets. The first of which was to add wedges to the frame to add additional support for the outside of the frame.
Mark made several recommendations to make this table play the way that I want it to play. Additionally, he was available through FaceTime on many occasions to provide his knowledge and guidance.
